A very rare Maserati 200SI racecar. It's plaque reads;"The Maserati 200SI is powered by a 1993cc 4-cylinder engine developing 188 Horsepower.
The Maserati 200SI was named in 1957 to signify it's conformance to international sports car racing rules.
This example raced in the Southeast SCCA in 1957 and 1958. Races included Fort Pierce, FL with a 2nd overall, 10th at Gainesville GA and 1st overall at New Smyrna Beach, FL while driven by Joe Sheppard.
It recently raced in the Ferrari-Maserati History Challange Series"
Seen at the 2017 Vancouver International Autoshow.
