Well, she cosplays a lot and having a large chest size is kinda bothersome to her.
But overall, she likes the feeling of being flat chested, she does care for herself and watches for how long she wears it, she just enjoys it. Plus it'll give her access to wear cool jackets w/out worrying if the zipper is gonna go all the way up.

yeah binders i hear can be slightly dangerous if worn all the time or worn the wrong way
pffffff yeah and it'd help her back not be as painful... cuz large chests can cause back issues
