There are a couple anatomy issues though. It looks like you were going for the Sonic Battle style, and if you were, you did a good job of that. The lineart especially looks quite accurate. His head looks too small in proportion to his torso and his arms and legs look too thick. His hands are also a little on the small side, though it may just look that way due to his shirt.
