The arms are kind of messed up though. I would have made the left arm less thicker (as a size reference you could take 1/4 of the uppest part of the torso but this is me going by eye xD) and I would have made the bicep less higher. Anyway, you're in the right way to become MUSCLE DRAWER GUY GOD
Also nice to hear you experimented with references and poses. Keep experimenting there, it will lead to really niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice results :3
