Mmm the pose seems really awkward and unnatural to me, and maybe it's my screen that has problems, but I think I see a ton of tiny violet, green and light blue spots in the background ?
Apart from that, the drawing is very cute indeed, I love this character's face with his glasses and little tongue out

It was originally supposed to be a wonky cartoon, but overdid the wonkyness on that back leg and some other places. If I ever digitally color this, I'll try fix it, but i can't use my pencil's eraser so I couldnt at the time. The colored dots are something called "Noise" I added to the picture.
