This Star Butterfly is a strange one, because he comes from a universe that is supposed to be genderbent, but somehow, everything is the same as Prime Universe, the only difference is him, Star Butterfly.

As a boy, his parents love him, but he himself feels there is a certain disappointment from them and a certain insecurity from within somehow. Because how could a boy be queen of Mewni? People have always underestimated him all his life, treating him less than what he deserves, prompting him to ask what would have been if he were a girl. This world felt wrong somehow. He couldn't put his finger on it.

To his surprise, he found out through mysterious cosmic means that his suspicion was absolutely correct. This world is indeed not supposed to be like this. He learns he has a father, his name is Moon Butterfly. He also has a mother, her name is Queen Lake, and his best friend, Marco, is supposed to be Marcia.

He has a chance to fix this now that the Space Warni-Corps has come into his life, offering him a chance to fix the multiverse. The first thing he plans to fix is his own universe. Everything shall be what it should be once more.

His magic wand is unique in that it doesn't actually take up any form, instead it turns into pure energy whenever he picks it up. A mystery that intrigues him when he meets other Stars from other universes with well defined shapes in their wands.
