Keep that penguin warm! <3 This is really charming and feels very... warm, despite the snow.
Though I can't help but think the boots look kind of hairy! heheh`
I love the splotches of paint and how lovely the snow looks despite it's regularity. (I always worry about making it too regular when I do snow, but yours looks marvelous!)
