This is Tom Blake, everyone calls him Blaze, because he has the ability to control and create fire with his body. For the past few centuries he was infatuated by Raven Black, a complete slut to put it simply. He looked past all the times she slept with others and all the imperfections and just worked on pleaseing her. Unfortunatly for him, she was just 'another one'.
_He did plenty of gothic-style photoshoots and got loads of tatoos.

Anyway, I'm trying to do gothic art. This is because of 's work. Beautiful!
Mine isn't as pale, but I'm hoping to get better o_o;
I didn't bother with inking of any form, because I thought the pencil would make it darker.
Any tutotials or advice would be deeply appriciated.

Actually, if you really want darker lines/effects, you would want to ink it - pencil usually scans fairly light.

my only crit is probably the sholder that's raised up :3 Well, I dunno, the shoulder looks abit too straight..Well, I dunno, as an amateur, I guess I shouldn't be too 'sure' of human atonamy but it just look abit 'odd' to me...
Now on to the good stuff!
Now Kidodi loves the "directional" shading/coloring style of this ^.^
