Build Description || Seraphinus maintains most of their father’s stocky build, with a thick neck and legs to prove it. While they look mostly rottweiler, they are bigger than the average dog with a longer snout and thicker fur, subtly revealing a mixed ancestry. Their gait weighs heavy on their legs, soft thuds following every paw step, even on the softest surfaces. They often sulk like a wolf, stalking their next piece of prey, but never bows to any stranger.

Seraphinus is a broody wolfdog that is more likely to keep to themself. After being betrayed by the only two dogs supposed to be there for the rest of his life, Seraph has issues trusting others and letting them have his personal information. If Seraph decides to trust anyone, they will be the most loyal friend a friend could have. They are level-headed and decisive in their decision-making, preventing them from feeling the same hurt they felt with their parents. Seraphinus is judgmental out of necessity, protective of themself and their feelings.

Backstory ||

Seraphinus’s story is that of falling from grace, or that’s how they put it. They know very little about their parents or the couple's history. Seraphinus left as soon as they learned of the treachery their parents committed in order to bring Seraphinus into this world. Their mother, Amor, was a pure-bred wolf from Aramourn who didn’t agree with their rituals, rules, or traditions. She stuck with the pack for most of her adolescent life before it became too much to bear. Amor quickly left after her third year of birth. It was a difficult choice, leaving behind the only world she knew, but there was so much she had yet to explore.

Seraphinus’s father faced much of the same tribulation, being an almost purebred rottweiler but not close enough to achieve any social status distinction. He was subjected to the hard labor his stocky body allowed. He was sick of the boring routine his life provided, so he left.

The two came together in the open lands and had Seraphinus, a stoic young pup who craved the independence that their parents wanted. Seraphinus was a troublemaker, constantly trying to be out of their own, testing their skills, and arguing at any turn. They were the worst of their parents, and Amor and Maxy could barely deal with the young pup.

An inquisitive young child, Seraphinus was, and the secret of their parents past did not remain secret. Before they were even a year old, Seraphinus left their parents after learning what they had done. Seraphinus couldn’t find sanctuary in Kensington, and Aramourn would kill them on site, so they went to the only place they knew of. Somerset. The pack welcomed them with open arms, despite Seraphinus's grumpy demeanor, and they quickly began integrating into Somerset.
