Abilities:
Tuffin has eaten a Hito Hito no mi, model: Tenshi (Angel) that is a mythical zoan type of devil fruit. His devil fruit powers allow him to turn himself into an angel. However these abilities are not as strong as they frist seem to be. When he is in his angel form, he has large angel wings growing from his back that allow him to fly. Angel fruit also allows him to pass througn anything as if he were just air. By touching other person with his palms, he can make them also go through anything as long as he keeps his palm toutching the person. He uses this to protect others from being shot or so. He has very similar abbility to Peronas Holo Holo powers, thus by going through people he can make them feel positive and think positively about themself.
Tuffin doesn't have any kind of healing powers (instead of what is mentioned before, he can make people feel better). He cannot cure any disease or heal wounds neither bring people back to life. When it comes to battles, his devil fruit doesn't give him abbility to hurt people.. vice versa. As mentioned, Tuffin can turn himself into "energy form" that can pass through anything. Thus when he is trying to hit people, the hit goes through the enemy without hurting him (only way he could touch the person is his protecting palm, so only way he could hurt the enemy is the bitch slap, probably xD ) It actually makes the enemy only feel better because Tuffin went through them So only way that Tuffin can actually hurt anyone is that he turns himself original human form again. However, he has to take all enemies strikes in this form too.

History:
Tuffin has born in East blue's calm countryside village. He is the first-born child and he has 8 younger siblings. His family had a large farm where Tuffin worked also. During the age 17 he ate his devil fruit and soon he was offered the job as marine soldier. He signed up to the service and soon were promoted often thanks to his devil fruit powers. His rank changed from lieutenant commander to captain at the age 26.

Tuffin is very emphatic and emotionally intelligent person. He follows his self-conscious in everything. He wouldn't do anything that is wrong to his morality. He continuously tries to see something good in everybody, even in his enemies. He is very optimistic. He always wants to try negotiate before he starts fighting. Tuffin expresses his emotions aboveboard. Most of the time he is happy thanks to his optimism but sometimes it's very hard for him to be happy and optimistic when everything is going wrong. In these situations he is very stressful and tries to calm himself down by saying optimistic things to his mirror. Tuffin reads a lot and is known as a wise person.
