Sometimes you say things,
Things that you don't mean.
But others take it seriously,
So they make a scene.
People always assume,
They know what you're gonna say.
Don't pay attention,
Just look the other way.

I like the last 3 lines, I think it sounds great. I read a few of the other poems and it's about the same pattern. Have you ever thought of rhyming the beginning sound instead of the end (eg. say seen sinister). I think it'll be interesting. Try using uncommon words too, that might make it sound even cooler. I say thesaurus.com, that site's awesome, helps a lot. Well keep up the writing.
