lighting is good but you really should workaround it so that the model doesnt look like shes covered in lube

I disagree completely. The pose is reminiscent of her in mid conversation with someone out of frame, thus natural, and as for "Covered in lube", you may find that thats just the specular effect that comes with the models textures.
