I'm still happy over the Lion Guard premiere episode "Never Judge a Hyena by its Spots" that showed on Friday. Finally, the writers put in a good hyena for once! I'm glad that not only Jasiri became friends with Kion, but with the whole Lion Guard in the end. I have a feeling that Jasiri's friendship with Kion and the others will not only gain the attention of younger viewers, but also older viewers who have been waiting for this moment for so long. Plus, as a result of me appreciating that episode, I got "Sisi Ni Sawa" stuck in my head.

Also, I don't want to be mean, but let me take this opportunity to rub Kion and Jasiri's friendship into Regular Show's face. If Kion and Jasiri became friends after learning one simple lesson, why couldn't Mordecai, Margaret, and CJ do the same?

For those of you who have seen my drawing from last year (Link: s233220.deviantart.com/art/Ang… ) you probably remember the two things I was unhappy about: CJ leaving the show due to the love triangle drama that went on for some time, and the lack of positive attention for any hyenas that appeared in the Lion King franchise. I was unhappy about these things until I heard about Jasiri. When I heard about her, I was relieved that the latter problem was solved first. So now, it's Regular Show's turn to solve their love triangle drama.

So, here we have Rigby and Eileen going on safari. Suddenly, they spot Kion and Jasiri playing together and they decide to spy on them from behind a bush. While Eileen is amazed that these two are getting along, Rigby notes that them getting along is more successful than what happened with Mordecai, Margaret, and CJ.
