Being a genius and a safety expert, Lisa Loud would probably know all the effects of smoking cigarettes. So if she met Wheezy, a Toon Patrol weasel who is frequently seen smoking many cigarettes, she would give him a very long lecture on the effects of smoking cigarettes. Hmm, I don't know.
I mean, Wheezy may be the kind of weasel who wouldn't be patient around kids...but he may not be cruel enough to dip them. So if I had to choose, Wheezy would just say that he'll dip her just to make her shut up.
