Even all this time later I think she's cute as hell the way you drew her. The animators for the show and films changed just enough about the designs to make some of  the characters look weird compared to how they were drawn in the manga. But I think changes/fucking up designs from written/drawn works is normal for all types studios when animating a manga. Still, I don't see why they changed Konan's eye color, the grey-blue eyes look way better, I don't understand why they found it so difficult to make her eyes the right color. Either way, she's still beautiful as hell

I understand that somewhere along the way Kishimoto changed konans design as well, which was a super bummer because I really loved her round eyes without eyebrows it made her look like a real bad guy [even though in the end she wasn't] but still after her change Kishimoto just drew her like sakura but with eyeshadow and blue hair....regardless
Kishimoto might have changed her design, but not her colors so SP still fucked up /sigh

I remember seeing the concept art, I think the no eyebrows would have been very unique for her design. I wish she had a better ending than being killed off by Obito/Tobi. The fight scene was epic and you could see how strong she was, and t was very poetic how she joined Yahiko and Nagato in death, but I still would have like for her to remain alive. But that may just be because she's my favorite and I'm biased. 

By the way, I've also been following you on tumblr so I see some stuff you post there, and I have to say you really have made a lot of progress and shown a lot of improvement since I began following you here. You've really improved your skills while keeping a very stylized form of art. It's always a pleasure to see how your style changes over time, so please keep it up!

regardless, naruto was good like shippuden when akatsuki was a live and evil....without all the endless overpowered jutsus..

omg! thank you D: I am still doing my best to draw everyday but I get really busy and hardly any time to draw anymore...I have like 1000kanji to remember for next sunday's test D: 
seriously  studying + working in a foreign country is way harder than doing it at home..

The series took a awful turn when Naruto became NinJesus

I feel like a lot of people from our generation have become very overwhelmed with our private lives and studies and have either stopped drawing or barely have time to (myself included). I can't imagine learning 1000 characters in a week! I believe you when you say doing all of that in a foreign country is difficult, but I still hope you're enjoying your stay there.

yeah, I mean I was 13 when I started with DA  now I'm 21.....I feel old hahaha even tho 21 isnt  i feel like time is going way too fast D: 
Kanji isnt even the biggest problem D: it's the BUNPOU[ grammar[ D:

Personally I feel like grammar is the worst thing to learn and get used to in any language. Like you can be very good with your grammar, but sometimes there are so many weird rules and stuff that it's difficult to be 100% perfect.

OMG DONT EVER LOOK AT MY GALLERY!!! I haven't uploaded anything since April of last year!
But really, thank you for the compliment!
Since then I've been in an AP Art class and 3 different college art classes. I don't know if I've gotten any better, but I feel like I have improved just a little bit. The only thing I've made in the past few months that's recent are still lifes from my drawing class. (It doesn't help that I keep playing video games in my free time instead of doing personal drawings)
Maybe one day I'll finally make some stuff to post online but I want to go back and redo some of my older stuff. But again, I appreciate your compliment <3

NO SERIOUSLY YOUR GALLERY IS AMAZING!!
I never took artclasses because my country doesn't have them ...at least not much
then when I moved to Tokyo I just felt more at ease with my style and I got more confident drawing, especially since I did some collabs with Japanese people and it feels amazing to be confident!
so be more proud of your work, because you have improved and your art is good!
so just continue to do what you are doing <3
