It is not a program, but in the man himself, in his experience. If desired, you can draw a masterpiece in MS Paint, but you can in Photoshop latest version with all plugins and brushes to paint an incomprehensible thing.
And this "magic" is not so difficult to learn, the main thing that was the desire and patience.
