It's Pokemon Azurill Yay!
Recently I happen to bump into the pokemon fanclub in which ppl draw pokemon in human forms. Despite not being a huge Pokemon fan I found the idea quite nice and decided to draw one of my favourite Pokemons - Azurill ( natural look here [link] ).
