This is really cute! The colours and the movement make the drawing seem very alive. And the art style is hella adorable. Although, the characters themselves seem to been drawn in a more simplistic style where the clothes appear to be more detailed, which is really distracting. If you're gonna draw in a simple style, draw the whole thing in a simple style as the details are going to be what people look at rather than the whole drawing. Other than the weird style between body and clothes, the pastel colours are nice and contrasting them with the darker ones make it easy and appealing to look at. Theres no shading, which kinda makes the drawing look a bit flat, but it doesn't overall destroy the quality. The expressions convey happiness which is what im assuming you were going for in this drawing.
