Sailor Lethe and Sailor Mnemosyne are included in "forgotten senshi" or "lesser known characters" in Sailor Moon franchise. They are manga-only characters. They are twins or sisters and I look several similarity between them and The Loud Twins (Lana Loud and Lola Loud). In my opinion, the similarities between Lana Loud and Sailor Lethe are their hairstyle and both of them are wearing greenish clothes, also between Lola Loud and Sailor Mnemosyne are their hairstyle too and both of them are wearing pink clothes. So, Lethe and Mnemosyne are dressed as The Loud Twins. Actual Sailor Lethe and Sailor Mnemosyne are guardians of river, so I put flowing water symbol on the background.
