...Yup.Eggman is fully rigged using his original skeleton and comes with a few facial morphs. He also comes with some pose data for turning his hands into fists.
This model was ripped from (where else?) Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) by Turbo Thunderbolt .
Dr. Eggman, Sonic the Hedgehog, and all related characters, settings, objects, etc. belong to SEGA and Sonic Team.

I'm likely going to use her model from a more recent game just because it would be easier for me to work with.
The only reason this one is here is because it is completely unique from Eggman's usual look.

I'm thinking of using her Sonic Generations model.
Her Sonic 06 model would require a lot of extra work to make her look like in MMD since Sonic 06 used specific shaders that I don't have in MMD.
Additionally, she would clash with the characters that don't have '06 models like Cream.

When I try to give him motion data, he just stays in T-Pose and doesn't move, as if I didn't give him motion data. Do you understand why that may be?

He doesn't use Japanese bones like the Vocaloids do. I instead left him with his original rigging from SOnic '06 to make the porting process a little easier.
