It's Pudding of Channel 42! All the proper credits are in the model's comments.Her hair doesn't have physics, though; it's weighted to her head/torso.
UPDATE April 1: I finally ripped her All-Stars Transformed model (somewhat) and updated this model with a new head!
UPDATE April 3: Edited Pudding's head a bit and made her eyes less shiny.
UPDATE: 5/28/16 - Pudding's head is now smoothly shaded and shouldn't look "polygonal" anymore.

Ah, I see! I haven't yet gotten these Space Channel 5 models ready for XNA yet, but I'll be looking into this later on.
