Er I take the picture and redraw it. When im done redrawing it, I shade it according to its colours, but when a pictures is seriously diffucult I have to turn the picture Black & White.

you do what I basicly do, but without resizing it, and vectoring it with cell shading.
If you give credit to the person whoever made the lineart, (if it isnt me who made it) and you give credit to me with a link to the orginal picture you refrenced off of, then you certainly can.

You gots cs4 now? ^^ That is awesome, let it further your clear awesome colorings. i was never really good with this style (clear with my experimentation of my new style, which is working), and I'm still at awe how ....natural it is for you by how i look at it.

Well, I've tried both cs3 and cs4, and though there is little difference between the CS photoshops at all, cs4 is your best bet in this current day and time. ^^

ahaha, i havent used cs3 in forever, since my sopohmore year last year at school xD. i've been using cs4 trials for a little over a year now. xD
