What stands out to me the most is how far apart you placed their eyes. Lyanna looks, frankly, retarded. And Ned appears to be a horse or something, with eyes on opposite sides of his head. They're both staring at the viewer for some reason, and Ned's expression doesn't say "disbelief" to me, it says something more akin to "I like pie."
Otherwise, I really like the overall piece. The technique is nice, and I like how the people in the background kind of fade into abstract blotches.
