Not everyone has a family they're born into some are taken in by others or not. This is the case for Vortexa a tornado wolf who was abandoned at birth. She wasn't adopted until she reached she was 15. Never loved and almost ready to age out of the orphanage she had a hard time adjusting to her new family. She was anti social and always agravated. But overtime she started to become a little more sunny rather than stormy. She step sister a Tigernado named Whirlwind was always by her side and helped her adjust to her new life and be more calm. Though Vortexa still can be aggresive sometimes morphing into a tornado monster which makes it hard for her to calm down.

One day She and Whirlwind were talking with Twistercollie known as Windshear, when the topic came up of him mentioned about coming from a huge family. Vortexa started to get a little jelious about how Windshear had a family and childhood and Whirlwind could tell that her sister was getting aggresive from the storm clouds that appeared over Vortexa's head. Whirlwind tells Vortexa that shes isn't the only one to be adopted as Nova and her sister Iris were both orphaned too. Vortexa said that they still had a childhood and a "proper" life. She then stormed off. Whirlwind went to find her only to see her adopted sibling wrecking a city. Vortexa's twister was a huge F5 and she was creating more tornados as she went. Whirlwind caught up with her and tried to calm her down but Vortexa says to not stop her with what shes doing and that she won't understand her feelings. Whirlwind manages to calm Vortexa down and says she understands her feelings. Granted she wasn't in the same situation as her but she knows how scared and unwanted she must have felt. After some talking she managed to get her to call down. Though she was still alittle upset. Though duing they're talk they might have wrecked the city
