DOUBLE EDIT: Thank you all sooooo much for putting me in second place! ^^ It's such an honor! You all are beyond awesome and kind! I hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day! or at least one better than 6's....
EDIT: I tried making it a bit bigger and not so blurry. We'll see.

A contest entry for the 9 Club's Valentine's contest.
This comic is about 8 months old, and just tonight I got to finish it. That's why it's very sketchy and a bit messy. I hope it's passable though.
This is also base around a little drabble and picture I drew in my old 9 meme a while back. And so this contest was the perfect excuse to make me blow the dust off the file and finish it.
I should have been working on my anthropology homework... I should always be doing something that I'm not, lol. Like, I'm feeling the urge to watch 9 again, but I need to sew, or collect sound effects, or do anthropology, or find a pretty shiny object, or read my other anthropology book.... Or sleep, since it's 4 in the morning. Yeeeaaaahhh...

So sad... but so beautiful. This pairing only works when it's written (or drawn) right, and I can definitely say that you did this perfect. Wonderful job, and congrats on second place! <3

I'll tell you the truth, I burst into tears at the end of this. It was so powerful, and so sad. And so all-around amazing.
It's so well written. You can tell there's a lot of history between the two, and you got it across without coming out and saying it. By their expressions, the way you paneled it, the bits of flashback..everything gives you information on what happened. Just...perfectly.
And 6's point of view at the end. That clinches it completely. That's what made me start balling my eyes out xD; It grabs your heart and squeezes.
6 is my absolute favorite character, and not many people are adept at portraying him correctly. I think you've done it perfectly.
So, my applause to you.
