Apart from the DE stop which depends on what level of detail you wish to be seen and the checkboxes at the lower left which also depend on the fractal you wish to render, you could try these settings. Render twice or thrice as big as you wish the image to be in the end and then save the image with the scale 1:2 or 1:3 instead of 1:1, which will fire up mb3d's built in anti-alias (twice or thrice). This usually works for my renders, but it is slow. I render at night, while I sleep, often :} I urge you to experiment with settings, because although these will work in most cases, in many cases they are also 'over the top' and make rendering unnecessarily slow.
