Here is a picture of a friends of mine's dog, named Boston, that I painted for their birthday. Haven't done a portrait of a dog before, so it was a first.. but it was surprisingly fun to do, kind of a nice change to do something cute and furry! Almost wanted to put one of those generals capes and a Napoleons hat on him.. like those old classic portraits of generals.. I think it would have suited him quite well.

Awe thank you! Yeah animals can be difficult cus we all mostly focus on people and their anatomy. But of course I based this off of a photo so it's always a lot easier, than just drawing by memory.. wouldn't have come out as good, for sure
