Description Far away in a desert very desolate and ruthless, the sand irrupts powerfully into the air and Stone structures rise above the

unforgiving sand. The walls grow to the sky, an impressive 12 feet tall, they are smooth and difficult to climb. At every turn there

is a torch imbedded in the wall that you can not remove, obviously for when it becomes dark. An unforgivable wasteland

without water or shade, a maze in the desert....
....A sudden spell takes the whole school into a powerful sleep....

All the Freshman were kidnapped in the middle of their sleep!! Sophomores have been given an "option" if they so chose to not

take this event again.

You are placed inside this room, with sand at your feet, and with no ceiling. There is a sand storm blowing nearby and the fire in

the torches do not falter. The torches seem to be symmetrical by the room but they lead out of the room to a very not

symmetrical maze. In the back of the room is a small table, with weapons to aid you. You scoff at the primitive things and feel

an itch on your neck. You discover a collar on you, and you notice that you're stuck in your human form. This collar suppresses

your powers and doesn't seem to come off no matter how hard you pull. You realize that the weapons placed before you are

because you are all set at the same level. You must all pass this event as a human.

Above a table there is in bold letters in blood paint, "TAKE ONLY ONE" If your are foolish enough to touch two items at the

same time your hand goes through the second, as if you were a ghost.

The Weapons on the table are as listed below:
Short sword
Staff
Club
Long Sword
Javelin
Whip
Mace
Throwing Hammer
Small Dagger
Rope
Metal boots
Bag of Marbles
Lantern
Ice potion-once poured the liquid becomes ice
Fire potion-once poured the liquid lights on fire
Growth potion-once poured the liquid grows vegetation

RULES:
1. NO CHEATING! the collar has been in place to effectively make sure that no one uses their powers to gain an unfair

advantage over anyone else.
2. If caught cheating, your character is reset to the beginning of the maze.
3. Attempting to break the walls will only harm your character as they will not break.
4. It is not necessary to gain all puzzle pieces but if you do, you will have a larger reward.
5. Teachers may not help students, HOWEVER! Sophomores may participate if they so wish.
6. YOU have access to the map, but your CHARACTER DOES NOT. Therefore your character must face this maze with his/her

friends as if they have no idea where they are going. The map is just for you as a role player to know where you're going in the

map.
7. You may not KILL another character! Though tricking them and leading them down the wrong path is not forbidden.
8. Do not say that your character singlehandedly went through all the maze and got all the prizes, this isn't realistic for your character to do all these things by themselves.
9. Role play realistically! IF your character is uncomfortable or even is severely damaged by the heat, then please roleplay this out! If they are in danger and need assistance then ask for help! just like the jack frost event, this heat is very real and will only let up during the night, and even then the desert is very cold so no one is safe!

Below is a map key to tell you where is what and what you'll encounter.

A-Here is where everyone starts. You must start here!

B-This is a puzzle room! There is stones on the ground with pictures on them, if you arrange them in the right order,

you will gain access to a short cut that will take you straight to the exit.

C-This is the Exit, strive to achieve this goal with as many puzzle pieces as possible! Upon entering the exit you will

find a portal at the end that is one way and you will not be able to return to help your fellow students!

D-This is the dragon's lair! This large RED dragon is chained an can not leave this room! But he has many many

treasures to tantalize your pallet...specifically could even be rare items only found in your character history, it changes with every

student.

1. A Stone Gargoyle Head

OTHER THREATS!
There are traps and pressure plates littered throughout the maze. There is also some wild Monsters in this maze! Between

numbers 3 and 6 there is a decorative courtyard with a chained Chimera. The chain holds the beast within this courtyard. If you

look to the right of number six there are 8 pillars. if one gets to close to these, the pillars will shake and attempt to crush the

student. The pillars will reset and become whole when no one is looking. To the right of the letter C, there are two long pillars

which house fire bats that will rain upon the students as they pass by. Please be aware of where you are in the maze and role play

accordingly.
