Description
Here are a trio of more Jack-O-Lantern dovekies, two of them flying and the third is swimming. Being highly social, dovekies breed in large colonies on marine cliffsides. Though they are commonly found in the Norwegian Sea, these little birds migrate south in winter into northern areas of the north Atlantic. Late autumn storms may take them to the south of their normal wintering areas, or into the North Sea.
