I FINALLY got the change to use 's gorgeous background set, available here: [link]The lighting doesn't quite match up as I tried to tweak it and sorta messed things up. *hides from Eve*

Very cool! How did you get the shadow to lay on a background pic I have to know that is a neat trick! Lovely job on the character as always.

That was a ton of trial and error... I rendered it over and over moving the lights to get it where I wanted it. Once I did get it where I wanted it, I just pasted the PNG with the shadow over the background in PS... then took only the shadow of it and multiplied it a few times.

Is there a prop underneath then to layer the shadow on the PNG? I don't know how you got that effect, I am assuming shadows that re not on anything don't show. If you fill the background color in tho will it assume the grid empty floor you see as a reference is there and toss in a shadow? Either way it is a nice effect.

In Poser7, the shadow will show on the floor, even tho the floor is transparent.

I like the main character, especially the look on her face. The background is nice too. For some reason, the magic sparkles bother me, but overall, it is a nice render.

LOL thanks. I had so much trouble with the lighting the original background was more orangy and I tweaked it to have a more purplish tone, and then the lights made her look to purple, so I just said screw it, lol...

Gonna have to grab it when I get a chance. Wanted to when it was on sale but of course they waited two weeks to put the gallery up so while I could have used my voucher for half when I -had- some money, was broke by the time I got the voucher. That means I got a bunch of that pc stuff that was on sale and not showing up as pc lol

Thank you, Brandi... I got fed up after a while and Poser was being a jack ass with me closing all the time. I have had to find something to keep me busy since ex-has kids this week, I am going completely nuts.
