First of all I love the way you have designed and shadowed the hair and their color!
Also great focus on the eyes and face! Love it.
Now there seems something to go wrong with the anatomy of the arm, I get the movement but you need to research the pose a little more.
Also , personally I would prefer a bit more brighter colors on the sky, and in general on her clothing. (seems like some brush circles have been forgotten on the middle right of the image)
Absolutely love the face and hair, and I believe if you put the same effort on the rest of the image (as you have put on the face) it will be the bomb!
