anws just to make things clear, i hate Vocaloids. so don't come commenting telling me things like "OMG YOU LIKE VOCALOIDS? I LOVE VOCALOIDS." i stay unwavered ._. and i totally agree with Aoi's stand about them and I don't understand why he should delete his tweet about that. THERE.

Dun like them either, especially when the fandom kicked in :/ but you did Len and Rin really well which I like better than the original character design anyweis, the lines are looking unnatural :C you use bezier tool right? Even though there is some pen pressure it doesn't look right. Though the colouring looks fine.

THAT is precisely why i hate vocaloids. Sure, i like servant of evil. I like VanaN'Ice. But vocaloids are not real music. They're not musicians. They don't make the songs. They're supposed to help those talented musicians who cant sing, but in the end, it's the opposite. No one remembers the musicians. Everyone remembers vocaloids.
Music is supposed to come from n be sung from the heart, not by some emotionless voice synthesizer.
And besides, i cannot forgive Miku for descecrating my favourite GazettE song. And i cannot stand the girl vocaloids' voices

so if the vocalist has done his best for his part but it's 'not good enough' for you, it is okay to kick him out of the band and replace him with a voice synthesizer? If you like vocaloid voices create your own song and let them sing it. If the original artist has put the effort, his emotions, his love into his song i dont see why a vocaloid should be allowed to sing it
And besides, most people vocaloid cover songs for the fun of it. And i dont like how the vocaloids are getting the credit.

I'm not saying to kick him out of his band (or her band, etc). What if I just want a "version" that I like? Isn't that the reason I listen to music -- to enjoy myself? If I like a melody but not how the singer performs it, I can choose to have my own "version".
Nobody's replacing people with Vocaloids yet, I hope! And is there a reason why they cannot cover songs? Going by your logic, nobody should be allowed to sing other people's songs. Having another cover of the same song isn't about pushing the original down, right?
Th-they are?! That I did not know. If I ever have a Vocaloid, I'll be sure to credit the original singer. In my mind. I mean, isn't that what you do? Listen to a Vocaloid-ed song and go, "Hmmm, that's different from Celine Dion's. I like."
