It was a colder afternoon than usual, the snow was falling steadily and incessantly, it was as if the whole world was conspiring against the sled dogs of that small town. Despite that, there was one unfailing duo who never gave up or got scared, Leonard and his faithful dog, Togo. Not only were they the best in that city, they were also part of the best sled team, with Togo as the leader of the race. To keep in shape, it was customary for Leonard to take him for a run through the forest not far from the small town, the place was beautiful, but dangerous since they said that in those parts many packs were around, however this fact did not scare them.
They faced diversity and a pack of wolves wouldn't be much of a problem for those who had faced several frosts, both were sure they would emerge victorious. When the duo had finally arrived at the usual spot, the human breathed the air of that wonderful place, while seeing the beautiful landscape that was still tarnished by the dense snow that was falling.

-Very well friend. You can now run without interference. - The man assured while stroking the husky's red fur, which wagged its tail excitedly. The hand went towards the collar thus releasing the hook that held it, not long before he could see the animal running towards the most distant and tallest oaks in the forest. -Togo! Don't go too far!- He exclaimed while laughing.
-"Don't go that far"_, those words made the red husky laugh, of course he wouldn't go far, he knew the danger that forest could be, but it was fantastic to feel the wind beat against his fur, the fluffy snow on his paws , it was a fantastic feeling to feel. Everything was going fine, until a scent invaded his nostrils, he could feel a strange shiver run down his spine and he stopped running. There was something strange, there was someone or something there.

-W-who... Who's there? - the husky's voice shook, who could be there? Had the spirits followed him to that location? His heart raced when he heard a loud howl, it was dead, wolves were in the region. -S-sai already dai!- He shouted desperately, however he didn't imagine that his request had been answered, from behind a huge purple covered by snow emerged a white wolf just like the snow, the intense golden eyes stared at him incisively, as she approached, Togo immediately lowered himself in surrender, his ears twitched and he took a step back. In that instant, he didn't know if he was facing a goddess or... A demon.

-Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you. -The last word sounded from the wolf's mouth in a somewhat satirical way, which didn't help the situation, as much as his voice was soft and delicate at that moment.

-P-please... D-don't hurt me. -It was the only thing that went through the husky's mind at that moment, her eyebrows joined, of course she was going to answer but a voice stopped her.

-Togo! Where are you buddy?! -The voice of the husky's "pet human" made the wolf look in the direction of the screams.

-Your human calls you... Togo. -She spoke his name, before turning and leaving the place, mixing with the snow, and in the same mysterious way that she had appeared, she disappeared, leaving the dog there, lying there and terrified as if she had seen the devil himself. When Togo finally came to his senses, Leonard was already at his side, his gloved hands caressed him and kind words invaded his keen ears, of course he was scared but at that moment the only thing that crossed his mind was, who would it be? that divine and frightening figure at the same time.

I was kind of sick of just drawing lions, so I decided to draw in relation to the universe of balto.
In the image, there is Aniu, mother of Balto and the white wolf that appears in the first and second movies (I believe that both wolves are the same character, just with a different appearance which is very common to happen from one movie to the other ) and Togo, my version of Balto's father (his name was based on the other dog in Balto's true story).

I know Togo's color is more similar to Jenna's XD but I made him red because I wanted to give more support because only one of the balto puppies was not born red, I also gave him blue eyes because three of jenna's puppies had, even Balto and Jenna had yellow eyes.

Balto drew more color from Aniu's side, but her features are a little reminiscent of her father's.
