A couple things, tho!
Firrrsssttt off, the color values are kinda the same. A good test for that would be to grayscale it and see how intereting your picture is in grayscale, whiiich looks like this:Β i44.tinypic.com/1627mdd.png A lot of the grays are ... well, the same gray.Β
Then look at a grayscaled version of the tutorial ocean:Β i44.tinypic.com/auuzcm.png
Different shades of gray! 50 Β
Also, if you want kinda smudgey looking clouds, I heard that using the eraser set to 80% density works pretty well, or you can use different brush settings- like, I kinda like Spread & Noise. So, uhh, yeah.Β
So, uhh, I guess the best advice i can give is that you should use more color values! Lighter/darker, saturated, more saturated, derp. -doesn't know- Uhm. SO, YEAAAHhhHh. I LOVE THOSE EYES <3
