Everybody's favourite fire starter, "Charzar".For ~Kirbopher15
He won this little doodle because he apparently types super friggin' fast. Seven seconds and he made a an all-caps request for "CHARZAR" on Twitter after I announced a free Pokemon sketch giveaway.
