It's Kazue (Tenka's mom) with lil' baby Tenka. She got her Quirk from her mom.I made her way too pretty omg
If you haven't read Tenka's bio: Her mothers dies when Tenka is 3 years old. She was fatally injured during a villain vs hero fight because the area wasn't properly evacuated. She was rushed to the hospital but it was too late. She didn't even have the chance to see her husband and daughter one last time

It is so incredibly heart warming. I am so in love with Kazue's smile. And she is incredibly pretty! So we all know where Tenka gets her looks~ I was sad reading about her in Tenka's bio (and here too) but I like to think she's still Tenka's guardian angel too ❤
