Description I wanted to draw Rosie in a Kimono and ended up trying to recreate the Pokemon anime style again. Yes, the kimono is shiny Rayquaza-themed. Rayquaza is Rosie's favourite legendary and its practically her dream to meet it once. Which is kinda hard because it lives in the fucking Ozone layer orz
