Er, I'm gonna have my try on this, but....
The reflection was nicely portrayed, but I'm not sure if you meant to cut it in half because of the orientation, so I'm not sure if I should see it as a mistake.
Arceus' pose is nicely done, but if you were aiming for a cartoon-style art, then I just think you can position his hind legs a little higher.
The lighting is also well done, but I think it should be a little brighter...
Well, Arceus eye style is nicely done as well, so keep it up!

Hm... Maybe just as a future note, when it comes to critiquing, you'll want to avoid using "I" so much. You're trying to give judgement with an open mind. So, when you say "I think", it makes your critique a bit opinionated.
Of course, this could easily be fixed by some rewording.
Example:
"but I think it should be a little brighter..."
can be changed to,
"perhaps it can be a bit brighter." (Personally, I agree that the picture is a bit dark.)
Of course, that's what "I" think. And I'm not even sure if what I just said is 100% accurate. So, whether you follow my advice or not is up to you.
