Sorry I didn't post anything in awhile 
I didn't know what to draw...So, here is my New OC Dragon Ball Z character named "Krystal"! ^^ She has a staff weapon full of powers! Hope you like :3

Most of them do but not all. King Vegeta has brown hair and in one of the episodes I think their was a Saiyan who had blue hair

That was mistakes of animators and misunderstandings with Akira Toriyama. In manga all is black.
