This is a seriously amazing cosplay! I love that it really does show an extreme amount of talent and time put into making it as realistic as possible.. So my friends and I were planning an AC roundup at next years PC and I was the chosen Ezio. Cept this girl hasn’t sewn anything beyond fixing the holes in my towels sooo.. Questions. 1. Did you use a template? I hear it's a bit easier if you do, since adjustments can be made pretty easily and if so where in the world did you find it? 2. What materials did you end up choosing? I've been told to avoid silks/ shiny materials because they fray and are very hard to edge but that's a bit of a problem because Ezio is a bit flashy.. Seriously I really have no idea where to start beyond body measurements so anything you can tell me would help greatly! Thanks and whatnot

Well to start I did use but just a few templates, all the costume were made by hand, Of course i had 2 friends who helped me in the proces.
It didnt took too much time, exactly a month.
And Materials are simple, Wood for the Belt, knifes and hidden blades, Semi-leather For leather parts, and the fabric I cant tell bc the name wont be the same in english (sadly)

Perhapz we can talk in a better way So i can explain a few things.^^
Also i'm working on the Ezio from Assassins creed Brotherhood for the next month, If u're going to do that one, I can send you "tutorial" pics of some pieces ^^

Oh that would be amazing!! A month?? I was expecting many many months at least.. I really honestly cannot sew to save my life, so templates or even sites would be so helpful. I am really torn between the Brotherhood costume (ironically enough) and the costume for AC II. I love the look of leather for the AC II, but the metal bracers in Brotherhood just take the cake. I have a friend who forges custom metal pieces who would be willing to show me how to work the metal for those, but I’m not too sure yet. Tutorial pics would make my day. I’m much more of a visual learner so I’d be so much more responsive to seeing it as I went along.. Yeah, email me if you want, it would be totally fine. I’m just super glad to have found a really realistic costume finally
