IV - L'empereur
I reworked this arcana quite a bit. I made her wear this AP napoleon vest over my Noble collection JSK, both released around 2020. I chosed a cute and colorful military theme to contrast with the floral theme of the empress. The print on the map is Fantastic world map, also from AP. Thought it would be a quirky touch to the overall imperial theme.
