Elgin Fachet and Thomas Wellington from my "Railway Chronicles" Novel Series in the works. Another concept drawing for a scene that will play out in the first book "The Conductors Watch" And I know Elgin looks really Mary Sue-ish here..that wasnt intended...infact while Thomas here is starting to grow feelings for her, El is trying to push him away for a certian reason I would tell you now because its a major spoiler XD
