Yes Im obsessed with Cosmo and my belief(in the show I mean, duh) that he created the stars (why do you think its called the Cosmos?
) This his him in his star prince form, with his light green hair n' all 
The pink star on his cheek is suppose to show his commitment to Wanda, I thought it was cute ^.^
