Merry Christmas well late Christmas anyway! (: Since I had gotten a new desk/workspace for Christmas, a new sketch book and some sweet new art supplies I wanted to try them out to create some artwork! I also had recently gotten an art book of the dragon prince too! It was a good break from always doing digital artwork. So while at my grandparents I drew some sketches inspired by some early concept sketches of Callum. And Then finished the last two on my brand new desk! Which is no longer storage bins and boards stacked up.(:

One of my favorite sketches I came up with kind of a little fanart piece was Callum having coffee. I came up with the idea when I remembered the joke with Claudia when she saids "Don't talk to me until I have my brown morning potion". I do want to actually to that little sketch and turn it to a real digital fanart soon! It so fun to say fan art and for it to actually be one I came up with lol! Just realized that it is actually "Don't talk to me instead of "Don't wake me lol.

To started off I used a dark blue prismacolor erasable pencil and then inked it with my new micron pens. Lastly I added some color with some brush pens I got. For hand reference I used a wooden hand model I had got and that really helped me. Aka not a real wooden hand just a drawing reference one.(;
