I promise I am never, never, never spending so long on a drawing again. It's everything but healthy. Especially since my scanner made it look like crap. It looks way better in reality...(I'm so gutted!)

I recommend taking pix of drawings, the finer gradients will show up. Use two lights, one off two each side .

I could actually get a better version up now, but I kind of feel like this wouldn't really have a bit of use now. But I will keep what you said at the back of my mind, it will probably be useful for my next drawing (which should be up pretty soon).
