Description
This costume was a little beyond my skills but I managed to get it finished! I made the entire coat, scarf, boot cuffs etc. The gloves were altered, cut up and painted. The wig took about two whole days to get to how I wanted (hey I'm still learning).The props were also self made! I designed & drafted the sword and gun on wood, then had a friend help cut the basic shapes. I did the details / sanding / painting myself, so it was still quite a lot of work... I made a good chunk of the decoration bits with craft foam, and pleather for the handle wraps. Hopefully I can take more detail shots of the props later. The gun is a little hard to see in this pic. D:
I love this character and it was fun to be able to cosplay him with Pam as Jude too. What can I say, Alvin's a lovable bastard. For silly pics of the actual Tales gathering at Sakura Con, check here !
