It's already been said, but very nice! I think sometimes an artists best art can come from sketches or pieces that they aren't concentrating has hard on to make perfect. I think doing something quickly can show how much raw skill an artist has, if it wasn't already obvious, you are a great artist.

Only a half hour, huh? Well you wouldn't know by looking at it. I think the most beautiful thing about the painting is just how wonderfully smooth it all looks. Almost liquid-like, even- as if she were immersed in water. Of course, maybe I get that impression in part from the way her hair seems to be flowing. (which is quite pretty in its own right.)
Another point I feel I have to note is her nose. Sometimes it seems, to me at least, that female noses can be a little difficult; you have to be careful not to over-emphasize or define them too strongly. I really like how you managed hers. Not to mention her lips are outstanding, as well. They really have that soft quality to them. This gets a
