Yesss at beginning i juste made Tsuzuki's face, i want make him confused, and LOL Muraki-sensei appears suddenly on my pic, he wasn't planified at all looool !
I made his hair and, LOL "oh that reminds me track 8" and i add the syringe ! that's funny, no ?

Haha I’m happy that Muraki appeared despite the fact he wasn’t supposed to be in the pic I’m surely in love with amethyst eyed beauty, but I love Tsuzuki even more when he is together with a certain good doctor
Yeah, I think syringe was a good choice, I laughed when I saw it and read that short dialogue between them. Honestly, I think this piece of art is perfect – the idea, the details, the way you made the drawing look so much like manga… there is not a single flaw
