Haha, his actual canon interactions with her were not that far off from that.

Guilliman's familiar relationships have always been, for me, his most peculiar and interesting concept!
I didn't even know it was possible for a Primarch to feel something close to an emotion!

And really, he was the only one of his kind to have something like this. Sure others also had parent figures but they were these weird projected parents. Guilliman was actually loved as a son.

Before I really got into 40K I heard so much about the Ultramarines being a bunch of boring OP Goody Two Shoes Boyscouts. Then when I actually started reading the books and other lore, and learned how Ultramar is the only place in the Galaxy keeping the Emporer's dream for Humanity alive, I really started to like them. I think they're vital to 40K because all of the Mega Extra Grim Darkness doesn't mean anything if there isn't that one tiny spark keeping hope alive.

Yeah exactly the reason "cool" dudes hate them is why I love them. All the other chapters are so over-the-top crazy and they want them to be like that as well. No please!

She is not described explicitly described as far as physical attributes are concerned. There is, however, quite a bit of detail about her personality. Strong, confident, graceful and authoritative. Oh yeah and adores Roboute to no end.

I am mildly surprised that Baby Great One is so small in proportion to Demoiselle Euten - one always expects Baby Primarchs to be as outsized as the adults!

I based it on a description of baby Fulgrim on Chemos in one of the Horus Heresy novels. He was described as a "seemingly normal human toddler" and a "baby". Tbh that is where the concept came to me in the first place. Giant man-babies is very out-of-character for 30k, no? hahah
