I'm sorry, but I gave my character 1 Perception so that I could have 7 strength and endurance and keep 10 intelligence, and I have no idea what you mean, ulysses.

Maybe. I gave myself 10 intelligence to have the most skill points when I level up.
By the time I got to level 50, there were three skills that weren't 100, Explosives, survival, and sneak.
Even survival was in the 70s.
The first skill I level up to 100 is repair. I work on science, speech, and medicine next.
Halfway through the game I start working on weapon skills.

Is Lonesome Road really worth it, then? Still, nice painting.

I thought it was worth it, it's linear and very combat oriented but it's story is great if you think of the travel to Ulysses as a 'rite of passage' like you have to prove yourself worthy if you want to know just why he turned down the courier job.
And after the first or 2nd dialogue more questions arise that you may want answers for, and the rite of passage becomes something more and more to strive for.
And it has great enemies and weapons and other items.
So yeah I thought it was worth the money, though if you like OWB and HH more for it's heavy exploration themes then you might be somewhat disappointed.
